Ready stock orders: Dispatched within 2–4 working days after confirmation

Custom packaging orders: Dispatched within 7–15 working days after design approval and confirmation
Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier and transport partners.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

Order weight and volume

Delivery location

Courier or transport service

Final shipping charges are shared at the time of order confirmation or checkout.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery time may vary by location. Z&H Packaging is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen logistics issues.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD Availability

Cash on Delivery is available on selected products and order values only, subject to verification.

Advance Delivery Fee for COD Orders

For all COD orders, delivery charges must be paid in advance to confirm the order.
Orders will only be dispatched after receiving the advance delivery fee.

Government-Applied COD Tax (4%)

As per government regulations, a 4% tax is applied on COD orders.

👉 To avoid this 4% COD tax, customers are encouraged to choose advance payment methods such as bank transfer or online payment.

COD Order Confirmation

Z&H Packaging reserves the right to:

Confirm COD orders via call or message

Cancel unverified or unconfirmed COD orders

Custom Orders

All customized, printed, or made-to-order packaging is non-returnable and non-refundable, as it is produced specifically according to customer requirements.

Ready Stock Items

Returns or exchanges are only applicable if:

The product is damaged or defective, or

An incorrect item is delivered

Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

Unused

In original packaging

In resalable condition

Z&H Packaging reserves the right to inspect the item before approving any return or exchange.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed as:

Replacement, or

Store credit

Cash refunds are not applicable unless explicitly approved by management.

Return Shipping

If the error is from our side, return shipping will be covered by Z&H Packaging

Otherwise, return shipping will be borne by the customer
